Attractions
- The mid-Hudson Valley and Catskills are teeming with art museums and galleries, cultural centers, theaters and performance spaces, farms and farm markets, historic sites, live music, casinos and comedy venues. - The Bardavon 1869 Opera House (Bardavon.org) is a highlight of the region. The 944-seat historic venue in Poughkeepsie is the oldest continuously operating theater in New York State and one of the oldest in the country. The Bardavon offers affordable, world-class live music, dance and theater performances, Live in HD broadcasts, classic films and arts education programs.

- The City and Town of Poughkeepsie are served by Dutchess County public bus routes, and your new home is fewer than three miles from the Poughkeepsie Train Station with Metropolitan Transportation Authority service to New York City and Amtrak service throughout the Northeast with connections to destinations nationwide. Parking is available to our tenants adjacent to the train station.
