The ButterflyMX entry system will allow tenants to scan their phone or provide a pin code to gain access to the residential lobby. If you’re entertaining, your guest simply locates your unit through the digital directory and you’ll receive a video call and notification to unlock the vestibule door. As you might also expect, the property & building are covered throughout with strategically placed security cameras.
You’ve Got a Delivery!
A smart locker system in the lobby holds your deliveries of all sizes. In addition to the standard mailboxes, the building will employ a Luxer One package system. That’s a set of lockers of varying sizes operated by a high-tech, simple-to-use security and retrieval system. A carrier scans the package label and places the parcel in a locker of the appropriate size, and the system sends a text to let you know it’s there. A dedicated package room next to the lockers will hold overspill and larger deliveries. Refrigerated storage is in the early planning stages.

Dormakaba smart locks at each apartment entry will be powered with a dedicated wireless signal. It can be activated with a key fob, an app or pin code. Power outage? No problem. An internal battery can power the device for up to two weeks.

Ready to binge-watch your favorite show or spend time online? Each apartment will offer a truly wireless experience in partnership with Spectrum Internet. A Xumo stream box, plugged into the back of your TV, will collect all of your streaming apps along with Spectrum TV, plus more than 50 channels. Internet speeds of 500 MB are among the highest available for rental apartments. The basic services described are included in your monthly rent.
